Commuters traveling on the Ring Road faced significant delays today due to the breakdown of a loaded truck near the Delhi Cantt Metro Station. The incident has disrupted traffic flow on the carriageway moving from Naraina towards Dhaula Kuan. The Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory asking drivers to avoid the Raja Garden–Mayapuri Flyover to prevent getting stuck in the congestion.

Alternate Routes for Commuters
To ensure smooth travel, authorities have suggested specific diversions for those heading towards South Delhi. Drivers coming from Punjabi Bagh are advised to take the route via Bharat Darshan Park and Karampura Flyover instead of the usual path.
- From Punjabi Bagh: Use Punjabi Bagh Flyover → Bharat Darshan Park → Karampura Flyover → Shadipur → Patel Nagar → Vandematram Marg → Dhaula Kuan.
- From Sagarpur / Hari Nagar: Commuters heading to Naraina or Dhaula Kuan should take Raja Garden – Moti Nagar – Patel Nagar OR use the Kirti Nagar – Loha Mandi underpass.
