How to Register and Download Online Tokens?
Participation in the Lok Adalat requires mandatory online registration. The portal for booking tokens will open on February 9, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. Vehicle owners must visit the official website at traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/notice/lokadalat to download their challans and book a slot. There is a daily limit of 50,000 downloads and a total cap of 2,00,000 challans for this session. It is important to note that carrying a physical printout of the challan and the appointment letter is compulsory as no printing services will be available at the court complexes.
Eligible Offenses and Mandatory Documentation
Only compoundable challans issued up to October 10, 2025, that have been sent to virtual courts are eligible for settlement. This includes minor offenses such as overspeeding, red light jumping, driving without a helmet or seat belt, and wrong parking. Serious violations like drunk driving or cases related to fatal accidents will not be entertained in this Lok Adalat. Participants must bring the following documents to the venue:
- Physical printout of the challan or notice
- The allocated token or appointment letter
- Original vehicle documents including RC and Driving License
- Valid Insurance and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate

The Lok Adalat will be held at Tis Hazari, Saket, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Dwarka, and Rouse Avenue court complexes. Due to high demand, slots are expected to fill up quickly, and officials advise reaching the venue at least one hour before the scheduled time. For those who miss online registration, limited walk-in assistance will be available at selected community centers where lawyers can assist in the settlement process.
