The two arrested men were identified as Bittu and Neerav, both of whom have extensive criminal backgrounds. Bittu, also known as Manta, is a history-sheeter with 13 prior cases registered against him. Neerav, who is 27 years old, has been involved in approximately 45 cases of snatching and auto theft. The police described Neerav as a known drug addict residing in the Burari area.
