CM Rekha Gupta mentioned that the budget will be primarily funded through the state’s own tax revenues, estimated at Rs 74,000 crore.

New Welfare Schemes and Public Infrastructure
The budget introduced the Manila Samriddhi Yojana, which aims to provide financial stability to women from poor families. Additionally, the government focused on environmental sustainability through the EV Policy 2.0 and increased waste management targets. Several infrastructure projects for the trans-Yamuna area and safety measures like CCTV installations were also highlighted in the session.
