At GTB Hospital in Dilshad Garden, the Chief Minister inspected the facility and formally inaugurated newly installed ICU beds. Later in the day, CM Gupta visited the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS). She laid the foundation stone for a modern OPD block. Reports indicate that IHBAS currently handles around 2,500 to 3,000 patients daily. The new block is designed to nearly double this capacity, specifically helping those seeking neurology and mental health services.
