On Friday, February 27, 2026, the CM launched the “Dekho Meri Dilli” electric double-decker bus service. This marks a significant moment as these iconic buses return to Delhi roads after a gap of nearly 40 years. The launch also marks the first anniversary of the current state government.
Route and Major Stops for Tourists
The service is designed as a Heritage Circuit focusing mainly on Central and Lutyens’ Delhi. The bus will take passengers through some of the most famous landmarks in the city, offering a great view from the open top. The route includes stops at Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, which also serves as the starting point for evening tours.
