The Delhi government has provided financial assistance of ₹1 crore to the ‘Apna Ghar Ashram’ situated in Budhpur. This move was announced by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on April 1, 2026. The aid is meant to help the destitute and disabled people living in the facility by providing them with better care and medical support.
