Launch of Digital Lok Adalat Portal
To handle the increasing volume of cases, a new Digital Lok Adalat portal has been developed. This is a collaborative effort involving DSLSA, the Delhi Government, the National Informatics Centre (NIC), and the Delhi Traffic Police. The portal provides real-time access to data and ensures that settled cases are updated immediately in the official records. This project was carried out under the guidance of Justice V. Kameswar Rao, Executive Chairman of DSLSA, and Rajiv Bansal, Member Secretary. The digital system aims to provide a transparent and efficient way for people to clear their old traffic disputes with lower fines.
