The Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI) successfully conducted the 5th Cancer Awareness, Prevention and Screening (CAPS) Camp at the Delhi Police Headquarters on April 7, 2026. This initiative coincided with World Health Day and focused on the health and well-being of police personnel. The camp operated from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing essential medical services and expert consultations to those on duty.

The camp offered a wide range of medical services aimed at early cancer detection and prevention. These included free screenings for breast and cervical cancer, along with mammography slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants were also provided with HPV-DNA self-testing kits and training on breast self-examination. Medical experts conducted educational sessions to help personnel understand the importance of preventive care and early diagnosis.
