The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has officially moved forward with the allotment of 77 residential plots under the Nandgram Plot Scheme 2026. For the first time in approximately 14 years, the GDA is using a fully digital e-lottery system to ensure transparency in the allotment process. This project, also known as the Noornagar scheme, marks a major step in Ghaziabad’s planned urban expansion under the state government’s initiative for digital governance.
