The Namo Bharat train is designed to run at a high speed of 160 kmph during operations. This speed allows passengers to cover the entire distance between Delhi and Meerut in just 55 to 60 minutes. This journey used to take around 2 to 3 hours by road. The trains will run every 10 minutes, ensuring minimal waiting time for passengers.
Service hours differ slightly based on the day of the week. From Monday to Saturday, trains will operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. On Sundays, the service will start a bit later at 8:00 AM and continue until 10:00 PM. This schedule is designed to accommodate daily office commuters as well as weekend travelers.
